Our standard SLA guarantees 99.5% or higher accuracy, verified through dual-layer QA. If accuracy falls below SLA in any month, we reprocess the affected batch at no additional cost. Monthly accuracy reports are provided with full error categorisation.

Standard TAT is 24 hours from file receipt for routine batches. Priority processing (same-day, 4-hour) is available for urgent volumes. TAT commitments are defined by document type during onboarding and documented in the SLA.

All files are transferred via SFTP, encrypted web portal or direct API integration. Email attachment processing is not permitted. All access is role-based with operator-level audit logging. SFTP setup is included in onboarding at no additional cost.
