His career spans leadership roles in reputed organizations where he has successfully managed national and regional operations, particularly within BFSI and high-volume customer service environments. At Outer Orbit Technologies, he plays a critical role in driving delivery excellence, operational scalability, and client success. He is responsible for strengthening process frameworks, optimizing workforce planning, and ensuring performance-driven execution across all business verticals.
